The Chair of the NATO Military Committee, Admiral Rob Bauer honoured the courage and sacrifice of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in a video message to mark Ukraine’s Independence Day.
He saluted the men and uniform who “have fundamentally changed modern warfare and outmaneuver their opponent time and time again. Ukraine can win this war and emerge victorious from the quagmire. Slava Ukraini!”
